I edit a little in Lightroom, and then a touch in Photoshop.

You seem to have a million jobs, what do you actually do?
I am a freelance interior stylist, sometimes photographer and co-shop owner of Blackbird Goods.  You can see some of my work on the blog.  I am a contributor for Homestyle Magazine with both styling and photography.

Yes, Although I do accept gifts and giveaways and the likes, if you send something to me it does not guarantee exposure on my blog.  If a post is sponsored in some regard it will be noted as such.  Otherwise I will share anything that I love, that aligns with my personal style, aesthetic or “moral code” so to speak. You can send them to Gemma Adams, co/ Blackbird Goods, 25 Dalton Street, Napier

Would you be interested in a collaboration?
Yes! If you are interested in a possible collaboration I would love to hear from you; drop me a line over here.

I am headed to the Hawkes Bay, Where should I eat, visit and shop?

The Hawkes Bay has an abundance of goodness!

EAT I If you are after a caffeine hit, head over to Georgia on Tennyson  they have you covered, or if you are Hastings side Yabon has opened Cupple which is a real delight ( you can also watch pastry chefs at work, pretty rad. ) For a healthy kick start you can go now further than the amazing Hapi, raw, vegan, local, modern and traditional food. Alternatively the pulled pork breakfast at F.G.Smiths it out of the world good. Most weekends you’ll find us at Brave Brewing Co and Carrs kitchen eating tater tots and buttermilk chicken burger, washed down with our great mates beer.

And of course you must hit up a winery or two. Rod McDonald does the most delicious Rosé and Pinot Gris, but lets face it, its all damn good. Bring along a rug and sit out under the trees by the vines with one of their Hawkes Bay famous platters. Our other top favourites are Blackbarn for relaxed fine dining, Elephant Hill for a seaside tipple, and you cant go past Craggy Range for that view of the grand old Peak.
